INFRASTRUCTURE
Starting in 2001 with a production capacity of 300MTPA, we have now reached a production capacity of 15000MTPA, and based on customer feedback, we plan to increase it further.
We design our machines in accordance with various industry product standards and future developments.
In our 20 years of experience, we’ve made significant advancements in fillers and masterbatches. Our director thoroughly investigates customer and product requirements, laying the groundwork for application-specific machine design and installation. Our 2500 square foot high-tech lab is well-equipped for quality control, testing, and future development. To maintain product quality and uniformity, our production unit has been divided into sub-units for different grades and colours. We will keep doing so.
OUR METHOD FOR THE PERFECT PRODUCT
Over the course of more than 20 years of hard work, I’ve worked on numerous large and small projects in a variety of industries and applications. We have learned and practiced in a variety of ways in order to implement the best working culture for developing any new product.
1. Mixing
We mixed all of the materials in perfect quantity at this stage.
2. Extrusion
To ensure superior dispersion and uniformity, mixing is passed through state-of-the-art twin-screw extruders.
3. Palletising
In this stage machine provides automatic means for stacking cases of goods or products onto a pallet.
4. Drying
At this stage, the product is set with the help of drying to achieve the desired volume and shape.
5. Quality Check
It is a two-stage quality assurance process that ensures 100 percent consistency.
6. Packing & F.P
The final stage is when the product is packed and ready to be moved.
