OUR METHOD FOR THE PERFECT PRODUCT

Over the course of more than 20 years of hard work, I’ve worked on numerous large and small projects in a variety of industries and applications. We have learned and practiced in a variety of ways in order to implement the best working culture for developing any new product.

1. Mixing

We mixed all of the materials in perfect quantity at this stage.

2. Extrusion

To ensure superior dispersion and uniformity, mixing is passed through state-of-the-art twin-screw extruders.

3. Palletising

In this stage machine provides automatic means for stacking cases of goods or products onto a pallet.

4. Drying

At this stage, the product is set with the help of drying to achieve the desired volume and shape.

5. Quality Check

It is a two-stage quality assurance process that ensures 100 percent consistency.

6. Packing & F.P

The final stage is when the product is packed and ready to be moved.

Our masterbatches have a high content of superfine, low coarseness carbon black material. They have a high obscurity and hiding force, as well as effective UV and oxidation corruption resistance and excellent filterability.
